Importing Contacts into Clay: Finding Key Company Personnel

Hello, I am trying to import contacts from for excample outscraper because Clay can search only some companies itself. So i import 5000 companies (website, email, phone, company name) and I want to find people, name and surname of the owner or manager. When I did that Clay found people from Meta because some companies I imported have only Facebook page. How can i solve that problem? Do you think that it is possible to import data from different tools and find people here?
