I'm the admin for this account. Why can't I connect Gong?

    I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting Gong. Let's walk through the process: 1. Go to your Clay table and click "Add enrichment". 2. Search for "Gong" and select one of the Gong actions. 3. In the settings panel, click "Add account" to connect Gong. 4. You'll need to authenticate your Gong account. If you're still having issues, try these steps: 1. Go to Settings > Connections. 2. Click "Add Connection" and select Gong. 3. Sign in to your Gong account. 4. Set it as the default account if desired.     Hi Henry - it looks like you're linking a company name where a gong call id would be needed as an input to retrieve the transcript

    Are you currently storing gong call IDs in your SF instance and associating them to your account/contacts?
