Hi support team, Is there a way to ensure we only email another person at the same company if the initial recipient doesnβt respond within a certain timeframe, so we avoid sending 10 emails to 10 different CHROs simultaneously at the same company? I wondered if that was possible to do that inside of clay, if so, how to do so ? thx π
Hey Alexandre - Happy Thursdayπ I understand you want to intelligently target executives while avoiding multiple outreach to the same company. Here's how to set this up in Clay: 1. Create your initial outreach table with your target contacts (CHROs, CFOs, CEOs) 2. Set up a webhook table to track campaign responses 3. Flow for smart targeting: - Send first batch of contacts (e.g., all CHROs) - Collect responses in webhook table - Before sending to the next role (CFOs), add a lookup to check webhook table - Filter out companies that have already responded - Send to sequencer with only non-responding companies Would you like me to help you set up the webhook table and configure the lookup enrichment? I can show you exactly how to structure this to avoid duplicate outreach.
