Cant seem to kick off a custom template after I mapped all the fields. The Save button is still greyed out. Thoughts?

Hi Justin, thank you for reaching out! It’s interesting that the option remains greyed out even after you’ve selected all the required fields. When I tried to replicate the issue, I found that filling in the two optional fields allowed me to save the template. This suggests those fields might actually be set as required in the current setup.

For now, I recommend selecting dummy values for those optional fields to get your template working. Once you’ve submitted your template, try creating a new one where those two columns are definitely set as optional. If you still get prompted to fill them in, please let me know, that could be a bug, and we’ll investigate further. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions :)
