Mistakenly Copied a Table with Hidden Columns and Ran CSV Import - Need Help Restoring Tokens

Have made a mistake and copied a table, I thought i hid the columns I didn’t want and imported a csv, but it continued to run the columns I had hidden and looks like it blasted through 3000 tokens before I could figure out where it was happening. Sorry if it’s cheeky to ask, but could I get these back?
