Will Root Keywords Capture All Variants in Find Company and People Search?

For Clay's Find Company and Find People search, will Root Keywords work to capture all variants of that keyword? For example, searching "People Operations" will capture "People Operations Manager", "Senior People Operations Leader" etc.

Yes, Find People automatically captures variants and similar titles. [1] When you search "People Operations," it will include results like "People Operations Manager" and "Senior People Operations Leader" through synonyms, similar titles, and translated titles. [2]
However, this isn't fully semantic search. Our job search feature specifically notes that Clay doesn't yet have semantic search capabilities, so you should include various permutations of job titles to ensure comprehensive results. [3]
If you need exact matches only, toggle "Exact Keyword Match" in the search options.
