We offer a one-time self-serve trial extension that you can use for your client. Here's how to do it:
1. Ensure your client is logged into their Clay account.
2. Have them visit this link: https://app.clay.com/extend-my-trial/
This will give them an additional 2 weeks to use the trial. They may need to refresh their page after extending to see the update.
If the self-serve option doesn't work, you can request human assistance to verify if they're eligible for a one-time trial extension. To do this, click on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
