Hey there Najmul thanks for reaching out, this is not one of the fields that is provided to us when Enriching a person's LinkedIn profile. Ah yea, unfortunately this how we receive the data from the providers, however I can go and ask to see if this a change that can be made, but no guarantees that it could happen. Create a formula between start date and end date it will give you total time
