Ah yea, unfortunately this how we receive the data from the providers, however I can go and ask to see if this a change that can be made, but no guarantees that it could happen. Create a formula between start date and end date it will give you total time

yes Lohit B. but it's not giving you the correct result. Clay count the job starting and ending date from 1st day of month
