Has anybody built a way to sync Airtable // Clay data automatically?
I run a private community using Airtable to manage applications
The submitted data gets stale whenever members move, change jobs, etc.
I want to automatically add all Airtable records (along with their LinkedIn profiles) to Clay to enrich for future use
I figured this would be easy to do with Zapier, but I'm running into an error that isn't allowing me to add the record data from Airtable into Clay (screenshot attached). If anybody can help, I will be eternally grateful
Hi Clay, thanks for reaching out. Clay has a native integration with Airtable, and I believe there's a workflow that addresses exactly what you're trying to achieve. We recently introduced a Signals feature that allows you to track when leads in your People table change jobs. This feature aggregates reliable information from multiple providers to track job changes. You can explore the workflows you can build with this signal here. If you provide only a Person LinkedIn URL column, we’ll track those people for future job changes from the moment you create the signal. If you also provide a Company LinkedIn URL (optional), we’ll perform a historical check to see if the person is still at the company. For example, if Person X was listed at Company A, we'll check if they’re still there, and if not, we’ll generate a Job Change event, regardless of when they started their current job.
