How do I get to know why a lead couldnt be added to a Smartlead campaign? Table Link

    Hey Deep, did some digging about this not long ago and another user with Smartlead said that when it says: "Upload Count" = 1 "Lead Actually Added" = False -> that means that your Smartlead account ran out of email or lead credits (not sure exactly which one of the two)

    Hmmm, we'll probably have to check with Smartlead too, so we can get some clarification on what they mean by Lead Actually Added = "false"... Sorry for the delay on this one too

    Hey Deep S., apologies for the delay here - took a look and the issue was that row 24 (among others) was already added to another campaign, but the already added to campaign field that you see is for your current campaign. To add leads that have already been added to other campaigns to your current one, you just need to turn on the allow duplicates toggle. We'll work on surfacing this better!
