Help Needed: Creating Account Status Filter in Report

Hey team! I'm trying to make a filter in this report (https://app.clay.com/workspaces/12058/tables/t_0svlne97eRVz9HuhSkT/views/gv_YipnMaEPRnTH) to have it show me the account status, mainly interested in if it's an open opportunity or not, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to do so. Can someone take a look when you have the chance and let me know how to do this moving forward? Thanks so much!
