How to Merge Columns and Treat FAILED as Empty Column

how can I merge coloumns and treat a coloumn with the text "FAILED" as an empty coloumn, without creating an additional coloumn for it?

Guy, you can create an extra column with a formula condition, if "FAILED" = blank and then proceed
