Hey guys, we bought the yearly credit package in February and are already through with it. I now wanted to buy another yearly plan to fill up again to 1.800.000, but it seems that this does not work. Can you guys help us with that? We maybe have 1 or 2 days left.
You can't purchase another yearly plan before your current one expires, but you have two options to get more credits: 1. Purchase credit top-ups for your immediate needs: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Select the amount needed and click Continue • These will be added to your balance instantly without changing your plan or billing cycle 2. Upgrade to a higher tier plan: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan • Select a higher tier plan • Click Upgrade Plan • This will reset your billing cycle and immediately add the new credit allotment to your current balance Note that credit top-ups cost 50% more than the typical cost per credit on your existing plan.
nope, we are on the highest plan and have no chance to buy more credits.

Alternatively, we can cancel the current annual plan early, and you can start a new one when ready. At the moment, we don’t offer credit top-ups on annual plans, and they tend to be 50% more expensive than monthly credits, so I wouldn’t recommend that route. My Mail answer: The "issue" is, that there is no larger plan. We have the yearly Pro Plan with maxed out 1.800.000 credits. "Alternatively, we can cancel the current annual plan early, and you can start a new one when ready." That sounds like a good idea. I was hesitating to do so, because I did not know if I break something. Can I do the cancellation and re-purchase the max annual package somehow on my own? Or do I need you help here? Hope to hear from you soon, and thanks for the support. I was a bit scared when "just purchasing the annual credits" did not work out yesterday :D
