ContactOut doesn't offer a work email enrichment action in our integrations. As you can see in your screenshot, ContactOut only provides mobile numbers and personal emails from LinkedIn profiles.
For work emails, you'll want to use other providers like Hunter, Findymail, or our waterfall enrichment which combines multiple email providers for better coverage. Just search for "Work Email" in the enrichments list instead of "ContactOut."
