I'm curious to be connected with the folks at Clay that built the Clay Bot App (or what software is white-labeled). Hoping to talk to a human on this one!

    I think it might be channeled. The one that read my message in the 002___support channel (that I just sent), and then responded with "looks like you need a human" of sorts. Previously it used to link to past community message threads as potential solutions, and now leverages LLMs + internal knowledge.
