Request for Account Termination and Refund Assistance

Hi guys, this account was supposed to be terminated and it charged again. You can see from the usage the account is not being used! Is it possible to rectify this and reimburse this? It’s not for me, it’s for my colleague who I was trialling Clay with.

    Hi Dylan, thanks for raising this. Would you be able to contact us via the billing address listed – johnsharpe@salestransitions.com ? Alternatively, include them on thread to voice approval for it. Appreciate your understanding on this. It wouldn't be appropriate to cancel another workspace where this contact address (dylan@zetixsales.com) is not a user. Just want to make sure everything is transparent and above-board.
