Can the Trigify integration send information about the engaged post? Or just info about the people who engaged?
Our Trigify integration provides information about both the engaged post and the people who engaged with it. When you use this integration, you'll receive data points such as: 1. Post URL: The direct link to the social post that prospects engaged with 2. Prospect Profile URL: Links to the profiles of people who engaged 3. Post Engagement Timeline: Details on when prospects engaged with the post, including interactions like likes and comments This combination of data allows you to understand both the content that's attracting engagement and the prospects who are showing interest in it.
Thank you. How long does the auto push take to start working?
By default, Clay syncs imports and updates every 24 hours. This means the auto push typically starts working within 24 hours of setting it up. For example, with CRM integrations like Salesforce, new records or updates will trigger action runs every 24 hours, enriching and exporting updated fields. If you need to manually trigger an update sooner, you can do so by navigating to the specific integration or column in your table.
Hi Nicolas, thanks for your message, our Trigify table source will display all posts which users have engaged with tracking against specific keywords. You'll be able to track the engagement across these keywords using specific parameters to filter your results:
Nicolas M. I'm not even seeing Trigify as an option in Clay myself haha. How do you see it?
Hey Anthony, You’ll find Trigify when creating a new table and selecting the source, or by going to Actions > Import from the menu once you're in the table.
It only works as a source
What I meant was that I have already created the integration with Clay from the Trigify interface (not from the Clay sources), but it is not sending the post info
Got it. Could you walk us through how you set up the integration from Trigify to Clay? Specifically, what steps did you follow? If Clay isn’t receiving the post info, the issue is likely on Trigify’s side, since webhooks in Clay just receive data. Please share the exact webhook URL you used so we can take a closer look.
