I also need to be able to push data from a Google Sheet to Clay too - so will be experimenting with Webhooks and a POST from Google Sheets

Sana K. are you trying to import data from a google sheet? If so, we don't have a native integration so you'd need to use a webhook and a post from google sheets like Ian mentioned. Or you can use Zapier to connect your sheet to Clay
