Automate Row Deletion and Addition Based on Dynamic List Changes with the HubSpot Integration

I have a question on the "import from HubSpot integration". I have created a dynamic list within Hubspot that checks whether a field is set. if the field is NOT set, this clay table will see that then it will begin enriching the contact with the proper info... Once this is done - the contact will be removed from the Hubspot list but it will stay in the clay table. Ex:

Considering that the max rows is 50k, how can I automatically delete (enriched rows) and add new (non-enriched) rows based on the dynamic list changes?
