LinkedIn Search: Understanding and Navigating Unrelated Results

I don't understand the behaviour of linkedin search. It gives me unrelated results

Notice that in the video, towards the end, I thought that because I ticked "include past experiences" I'm getting unrelevant people, but even when I turn off this tick - these people are still included there, and they are not relevant

Ok so the "past" ticker solves the first two issues with the two coloumsn, but not the last one of "all" employees

We are having some issues with this integration, is showing inaccuracies as former employees being pulled as current employees

OK When I do allow "past experiences", I want it to only be for the given company, and not for ANY company. How can I achieve that?
