How do I manage permissions at the workbook level?
To manage workbook permissions, you need admin access. Here's how: 1. Open the workbook you want to manage 2. Click the workbook title → Edit workbook settings 3. Under Edit Access, choose your access level: • All workspace users: Grants access to everyone in your workspace • Workspace admins and specific collaborators: Restricts to admins plus selected users If you select the second option, you'll see + Add collaborators to specify individual users. Note: Advanced workbook permission features are only available on Enterprise plans.
I just see blank
If you're seeing a blank screen when trying to access workbook settings, try a hard refresh: Mac: Command + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option + Command + E (Safari) Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5 This should resolve display issues and allow you to see the workbook permission settings.
didn't work
Hey Mathew, this is something we’re actively working on—it’s currently available for enterprise users only. We’ll keep you posted as it rolls out more broadly, so stay tuned!
What is enterprise subscription?
Hey, sure thing, happy to provide context. Our basic Enterprise plans kick in above the highest Pro plan tier (starting at $30k per year), but they come with that white glove treatment, including dedicated Slack support and custom table builds. And Enterprise plans require a minimum commitment of 1 year. Would you like me connect to the team?
Yes thank you
Hello Mathew! Thanks for reaching out. I will get you connected to the right team member to take this forward!
