Troubleshooting Low Rate Limits for OpenAI API Key Usage

Hi there. I'm trying to set up an an OpenAI account using an API Key I generated. When pasting it into the configuration screen I run into the following error saying that the rate limits of my API Key are too low. I do however have a $100 monthly limit set, our usage tier is tier 1 and we still have some budget left into our organisation (which refills automatically once we hit a certain level). Any idea on how I can fix this?

You can fix this by moving to a higher tier by following the criteria of Open AI. You should still be able to use ChatGPT integration with low tiers but Claygent require a higher Tier. Just save this and It should Ideally work with GPT integration

Hey Daan, thanks for the message about this! Quick question, are you looking to use your API key for Claygent? Muhammad is correct here :) –– For Claygent to run efficiently, at least a Tier 2 API key is required but you can definitely use a Tier 1 for the regular chatGPT integration for other tasks like cleaning up data, analyzing, or drafting. Thanks for the answers! I managed to add the API ignoring the error and am Indeed able to use ChatGPT Prompts which was my main goal so for now i'm good! Thanks 🙂
