To automatically create a list of people with matching job titles from new job posts and have it populate into another table in Clay, follow these steps:
1. Use the Find People Source:
• In your Clay workbook, click + Add
and search for Find People
.
• Enter the job titles you want to match (you can input a comma-separated list).
• Preview and import the results to create a table of people matching those job titles .
2. Automate Data Movement with Write to Table:
• Set up the "write to table" feature to map and transfer data from your source table (with people/job titles) to another destination table.
• You can configure which columns to map and enable auto-update so new matches are automatically added to the destination table .
3. Automate Updates:
• For ongoing automation, use scheduled sources or auto-update features to ensure new job posts and matching people are regularly processed and the destination table stays current .
This setup allows you to maintain an up-to-date, automatically populated list of people with job titles matching your new job posts in a separate Clay table.
Thanks. In step 1, the 'job title' search will be dynamic and would need to be searched as it is pulled from a new source. how can i achieve this?

Hey, To set this up, click the “Add Enrichment” button at the top right, search for “Find Contacts at Company,” and save it directly to the same table where your job titles are listed. This way, the enrichment will dynamically use each job title from that table, and you can apply filters per row. Let me know if you need help configuring it.
