Retrieve ID Using Name in Spreadsheet Formula

If I were to have the field “name” available, would it be possible to retrieve the corresponding “id” using a formula? EG if I know the name in this case is “HaloSOS”, could a formula return the id “4c2e3333-b6a5-42ad-b64f-7b194da0f8a0" ?
