Hi team, Whenever I use claygent the output is a column with responses written in it with different symbols (screenshot below). How do I get it to write the content in the column?
You need to configure column outputs in your Claygent setup to get detailed content instead of just symbols and "Response." [1]
Here's how to fix this:
Define Column Outputs: In the Claygent modal, add and define specific output fields for each piece of information you want extracted [2]
Structure Your Prompt: Tell Claygent exactly which information to send to which column output. For example: "Output the funding stage to the 'Stage' field; output the amount raised to the 'Amount' field"
Use Fields Format: Select "Fields" in the output section and create individual fields with appropriate data types (Text, Number, etc.) [3]
The Neon model allows you to split components across multiple columns instead of getting everything in a single text cell, which gives you better structured data. [4]
Tip: Test on a few rows first, review the structured output, and adjust your prompt if needed before running on your full dataset.

To display detailed content in your Claygent output column instead of just symbols and "Response," follow these steps:
Define Column Outputs: In the Claygent setup modal, add and define specific output fields for each piece of information you want extracted. For example, create separate columns for details like "Funding Stage" or "Amount Raised" [1].
Instruct Claygent in Your Prompt: Clearly tell Claygent which information should go to which column. For example: “Output the funding stage to the ‘Stage’ field; output the amount raised to the ‘Amount’ field” .
Leverage the Neon Model: The Neon model allows you to split output into multiple columns for better data structuring and clarity [4].
Test on a few rows first, review the output, and adjust your prompt or column setup as needed. If you need further help, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
