Troubleshooting the New Hires Feature in Signals

Β·
Β·

Hey team, testing out your new signals feature, specifically the "New Hires" feature. So far, seems pretty cool! However, when I go to run it against my table of ~1,100+ companies, it only gives me the option to run the first 10 rows. Where do I go to run the rest of the rows, and is there a way I can trigger this manually vs. waiting until the next month? AI support told me to select "Run signals" under "Actions", but that option does not exist for me under actions.

To run the "New Hires" signal for all rows in your table, you have a few options: 1. Right-click on the column with the signal (it'll have a πŸ“‘ icon). 2. Hover over "Run Column" and choose one of these options: β€’ "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors" β€’ "Force Run All Rows" If you need to run from a specific row: 1. Right-click the column 2. Go to "Run Column" > "Choose Number of rows to run" 3. Specify the number of rows and starting row These methods allow you to manually trigger the signal for your entire table of 1,100+ companies. If you're still having trouble or these options aren't available, you may need to adjust your signal settings. To do this: 1. Click on the column title with the Signal 2. Click "Edit column" 3. Modify settings as needed and save changes If you need further assistance, please request human help by clicking on "Talk to a person".

Unfortunately, I don't get a "Run column" option on the dropdown when I right-click (see attached).

It seems the "Run column" option isn't available because the signal might not be set up correctly. To run the "New Hires" signal for your table: 1. Click Actions in your table 2. Select Monitor for... new hires 3. Configure the signal settings 4. Click Save and run X rows If you've already set up the signal but can't see the column: 1. Look for a column with a πŸ“‘ icon, usually called Event 2. Click the column title 3. Select Edit column to modify settings If you still can't find these options, you may need to adjust your table or signal settings.
