Clay Credits Reset Postponed to February 6th - Need Assistance

Hi everyone, does anyone know why my clay credits said it would reset on January 6th, I am checking today and it pushed it to February 6th. Please help.

    And also this other one; for some reason, it pushed the reload to February, and that was back in December. Normally it pushed them for the following month but on this one it straight pushed it to February instead of January.

    I took a quick look and it appears that December's payment didn't go through so it must've changed you to the Free Plan instead, which only includes the 100 credits a month. Noticed the same issue for both accounts here, the payments haven't gone through.
