Hi there, I currently have a column where I was Web-Scraping the employees from specific websites. As a result I receive a cell which contains e.g. 10 persons with their job positions, mail and phone Number. Now I want the information about every Employee automatically divided in different columns. Is there a way to automate this?
Yes, you can automate splitting employee data into separate columns using Clay's Formulas enrichment: 1. Select Add Column and choose Formulas 2. In the prompt box, specify what you want to extract (e.g., "extract first name", "extract job title", "extract email") 3. Use the AI generator to create formulas for each data point you need For structured data extraction, you can also use Claygent with defined column outputs: ** Define column outputs for each piece of information (name, job title, email, phone) ** Instruct Claygent which information to send to which column output This will automatically split your scraped employee data into organized, separate columns for each data point.
I actually don't want to split one persons information into several columns but instead just be able to differntiate several people, e.g. as it was shown in this post. For me all information appears in one cell and cant be devided into a seperate table:
Hi Philipp, Thanks for reaching out to support. Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
