Struggling with Poor Contact Returns and Merging Tables Efficiently

I've run a clay table and found businesses using a google search. I enriched that to find people, and have found about a third of the businesses have contacts. From there I've found about a half of that have email addresses. I'm not sure why I'm getting such a poor return rate and if I'm doing something wrong. Also , how can I merge the two tables together without downloading them both to Google sheets and manually doing it? Someone tried to send me a loom of how they did it, but they forgot to turn their mic on and their mouse arrow didn't move in comprehensible ways for much of it.
