Switching to New ChatGPT API Key: Rate Limit Issues Explained

I am switching over to a new chatGPT API key, but I get the following: The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here. As far as I can make out I need to be on Tier 2 Chat GPT API plan, but I need to use $50 USD of API access to get there. Clay is only platform I use the ChatGPT API for and its not letting me use the API to spend the money to get to Tier 2. Am I missing something or do I need to find a way to burn $50 bucks on the API before I can use it with Clay?
