I'm using the clay chrome extension. I'm able to pull text, but I can't pull links even if the extension recognizes it. Is this what is supposed to happen? Or should I be able to pull links as an attribute.
You should be able to pull links as attributes with our Chrome extension. When creating recipes, you can map various attributes including websites and social profiles like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Crunchbase.
For list recipes, add attributes by selecting either Image Attribute for images or Text Attribute for text content, and this should include links. For individual page recipes, you can specifically map website URLs and social profile links as separate attributes.
If the extension recognizes links but you can't extract them, try creating a custom recipe and explicitly selecting the link elements as attributes during the mapping process.
Hey there Jenise thanks for reaching out, to clarify here the current iteration of the Chrome extension Is currently unable to do this as it is still being updated to be given the capability to do so
