In the meantime, please try doing a hard refresh:
• Mac:

• Safari: Press Cmd + Option + R
• PC:
• Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + F5
Also, check using the “Add Lead to Campaign” integration to see if the campaign was actually created.
