Check Row 69 Column Final merged for Merge with Conditions Issue

I'm trying to use a merge coloumn combined with condintions, but something isn't working right. Can someone check row 69, coloumn "Final merged" for me please? I'm expecting it to take the results from the coloumn "find all employees" eventually (check the waterfall logic of that Final Merged coloumn)

    Hey there Guy sorry for the delay, so I couldn't find the exact cause of your merge column, I managed to get the output you wanted using a formula, which you can find at the end of your table. I used a formula since they have an easier time being fed multiple columns and won't break as easily, especially when trying to merge columns since it can handle more complex prompts.
