Inquiry About Account Lock and Lack of Response from Support Team

Could you help me understand what might have caused the account lock? I emailed verification@clay.run on November 2nd but haven't heard back yet.

We’ve been experiencing increasing spam usage of our free credits on the trial - so we recently implemented some robust security measures against this as we grow, and noticed your account had several other emails associated and thus why it detected this as a multi-account situation, but I see you've used Clay before so we can keep it unblocked. We recommend sticking to one email account to prevent this from happening again. Let us know if you have any questions.
