Hey guys, I noticed the waterfall is returning about 20-25% wrong emails, by that I mean it finds the wrong persons email in the company. How do I solve this? Here are a few steps you can take to improve the accuracy of your email results:1. Enable the "only mark safe to send" option in your email validation settings. This will exclude catch-all emails, which can sometimes be aliases rather than belonging to specific individuals. 2. Check the validation columns in your table to understand why certain emails are being marked as valid or invalid: • Unhide the validation columns to see how ZeroBounce (or your chosen validator) is processing the emails • Look for patterns in emails that fail validation checks 3. Ensure you have the correct "corner pieces" of data for each person: • Verify you have the accurate full name • Include the correct LinkedIn profile URL 4. Consider adding more providers to your waterfall to increase coverage and cross-validate results. By default, you have access to six providers, but you can customize this by adding more.
