Hi - I'm having some issues with reading from a table.
I have a company table that does a people search > writes to people table.
In the people table - the lookup to the company table keeps getting stuck on Queued
-This is holding up thousands of records from being processed/running through the automation so any help would be appreciated. This is a table<>table lookup so should be quick but hangs.
The "Queued" status issue often occurs when a column has been changed multiple times, updated, or if a run was stopped midway. To resolve this and process your records: 1. Create a new column by duplicating the current lookup column. 2. Filter for rows where the current column "is empty". 3. Run the lookup on those filtered rows. 4. Use the "merge columns" feature to combine the results. This approach should help process the thousands of records through your automation. If the issue persists, try performing a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac). Remember, you can always rerun the lookup column linked to the company table to refresh and pull in new company data. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person in this chat.
That is a workaround - not a fix?

For a more permanent solution, ensure that any column depending on data from another column has its run condition removed. Set it to only run when the required data is present. I've built a very complex multi-pronged automation and can't afford to have this break every so often and the fix be to simply re-build parts of it every time.
To permanently fix the "Queued" status issue in your table-to-table lookup: 1. Remove run conditions from columns depending on data from another column. Set them to run only when required data is present. 2. For affected columns: • Delete the column • Create a fresh column • Re-map your data 3. Use "Force Run All Rows" option: • Right-click the column • Hover over "Run Column" • Select "Force Run All Rows" If issues persist, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" in this chat for a more tailored solution to your complex automation.

There are no run conditions on the queued column. Can I speak to a human please
Sure - table is here
The structure is: [Workbook] [T1] Account List IN > Different people searches
[T2] Persona 1
[T3] Persona 2
[T4] Persona 3
etc
For each Persona table, looking up the account in salesforce, enriching email, looking up contact/lead objects in salesforce, verifying the email, etc etc > creating recrods>adding to email and ads campaigns + to salesforce campaign. It all depends on the account list table pulling through correctly in the linked tables. This is currently holding up a campaign for a client so hope you can help.
Hey, It looks like you deleted the value inside the head of the talent acquisition table. Let me know if you resend the data and if you're still seeing this issue.
