Hey, I'm creating multiple company table - is there a way to ensure these tables would have no duplicates in each (company A on list 1 is also added on list 2 or list 3). Or how should we consolidate this into one list so we can perform dedupe instead.

Hey Raymond, just tried out what you're talking about in my own Clay instance. If you want to consolidate lists without burning credits this is what I would recommend doing. You mean, i'll perform the searches outside clay and consolidate them via csv upload so I'll only create one main table for all these search variation prior performing enrichments?

Hey Raymond, thanks for reaching out! I think Matthew's approach is very useful. QQ though in case you're using something else to generate these listsβ€” are you using the Find Companies from LinkedIn option to create these lists? If so, then just like Matthew said, you can run multiple searches and import into the same company table all of the results, then dedupe them before you enrich any of them.

Otherwise, if you'd like to keep separate tables but want to delete any duplicates between them then you can use the Lookup Record integration to help with that. Here's a video and our docs page for Lookup Record!
