when i cancel plan and its ending at 7th of july, and still have 10k credits, how long can i use them?

You can use your remaining 10,000 credits until the end of your current billing cycle, which ends on July 7th. After that, your account will move to the free plan, and your credit balance will be capped at 200 credits (2x the free plan's monthly limit). Any credits above this cap will be removed from your account after July 7th .

and what if i go to starter from explorer?

If you downgrade from the Explorer plan to the Starter plan, your remaining credits will stay on your account until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle refreshes and your account switches to the Starter plan, your credit balance will be capped at 2x the monthly credit limit of the Starter plan. Any credits above this cap will be removed, and you can use the remaining credits according to the Starter plan's limits from that point forward.
