Issues with Claygent Ignoring Formatting Instructions for Output

I am having some issues with claygent not listening to me, wrt. to formatting an output. I've asked it to format its output in a specific way (with no "." at the end of the string) but for a handful of outputs it just ignores me. On a similar note, if I've asked it to pull a few data points for a few of my outputs it just kills the sequence if it cannot find the first data point. Funnily enough, yesterday it pulled all of them but now it will not (you can see in my table for a new the "industry" and "attribute" fields are blank)
