Billing Issue: Company Card Declined Despite Green Checkmark

Billing: Company card is working elsewhere. Tried to pay with it again using Link and putting it in manually. I get the "green checkmark" but it still doesn't go through with no error code or issue shared back with us, so no idea how to fix. Could someone look at our account?

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your payment. To resolve this issue, we recommend updating your credit card information. Here's how: 1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Update Credit Card 2. Enter the code sent to your phone or choose "Send Code to Email Instead" or "Pay Without Link" 3. Input your new credit card information and click "Save Card" If the problem persists after updating your card, you may need to request human assistance for a more detailed look at your account.
