Nope, need human resolution here. I am saving prompts correcty.Should not need to worry about anything else to make sure my prompts save.

Does it happen while you are typing or pressing backspace or copy pasting?

No its after I save the prompt and then re-open the edit page, its just deleting parts of the prompt

I am often using the "Save and don't run" option instead of running the rows

Hey Rees - a few questions that will help us a lot here. Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the really frustrating experience.
1.
When you've seen this happen is it editing an AI column or creating an AI column?
2.
Do you see an error pop up in the lower right hand side? Or does it show that its saved but then it doesn't update?
3.
Is this Claygent or Use-AI?
4.
Do you just edit the prompt, or do you update other settings also (like the response schema, or model, etc.)
I just tried and haven't been able to reproduce this yet -- if I'm able to get to exact reproduction steps we should be able to resolve this ASAP. Thanks again for the feedback here.

I am editing an existing Claygent prompt. I am just making edits to the main body of the prompt. In this case I've been copy/pasting in info from the response cells since I'm iterating on a Claygent qualification prompt that I am adding titles to.

it doesn't happen every time but has now happened twice on this specific prompt. and it basically just cuts off the bottom half of the prompt and removes the saved history

Is it cutting out just the parts that you added in the edit, or does it actually remove more than that (i.e. text that had been there previously)?
