Best Practices for Centralized Lead Tracking with Clay and Smartleads

i use clay + smartleads for my email sequences. I'm looking for the best way to keep track of leads in a centralized place. I would prefer to able to view activity (or at least lead status on whether they are in an existing or previous campaign, whether or not I've reach out to them via email, phone, linkedin or sales navigator) . any thoughts on how best to achieve this?
