Columns Run Out of Credit: Template Email Column Fully Depleted - Need Assistance

Hey! Today I woke up and the columns were fully run out of credit 😕 There were over 1500 yesterday. I initially thought it was a technical error, to then see a column "Template Email" that was completely run. I don't know what happened, but I don't know that column run, it was a trial column 😕 I am being super careful in using my credits well and we didn't need this thing. Could you please help?

    Hi, thanks for getting in touch! I can see that you ran an email waterfall for a custom search, which column are you referring to?

    Hi Juan! I used the Waterfall the other day (less than 300 entries to avoid running too many credits). And indeed there are no new entries in this side. What I see completely run that wasn't yesterday (when I had the full 1500 entries) is the "Cold Email Template" column. Yesterday there were just 10 columns run and that was my intention. I do not need this column as I am building the email on the other columns on the right. I don't know what happened :/
