Who is reponsible for the referral program at Clay? Im a Clay creator and a client who signed up through my link did not get the 3,000 credits when getting a paid subscription

Clay manages the referral program automatically through our platform. To resolve the issue: 1. Verify the referral link was used correctly during sign-up. 2. Confirm the client subscribed to a paid plan. 3. Check your referral status in the app: • Go to workspace settings • Click "Referrals" If the link was used correctly but credits weren't awarded, you'll need to request human assistance. Click "Talk to a person" in this chat for further help. Unfortunately, if the referral link wasn't used during sign-up, we can't grant the referral credits.
