How to Restore Deleted Rows in Clay.com Tables

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to restore deleted rows after a certain point. When deleting a row, an alert/confirmation should appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen for a few seconds, allowing you to "Undo" the action. However, we're unable to recover data after that point. If you need further assistance or have more questions about this issue, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" in the chat.

This table is bugged. It deletes the WHOLE table when you select a filtered list of rows to delete. I selected 40 rows to delete using filters, and it deleted all the rows, even those that fell outside the scope of the filters, and it kept the 40 rows I selected to be deleted! It's deleted my table of 13800 rows TWICE now. That's 6 credits PER ROW deleted TWICE (27000 rows X 6 credits PER ROW!!!) Would be great if you could fix this issue and reimburse the lost credits. I used APIs but you can reimburse the equivalent number of credits.

Thanks for raising this, Adnan. Really appreciate you letting us know. Would you be able to share the exact steps you took prior to the rows disappearing? I've not been able to recreate this in my separate test account, but would love to know more. It sounds like you... - applied a filter - selected the remaining rows - deleted the selected rows Is that right? If you're able to recreate this behavior on demand, a recording would be very helpful, so we can retrace the steps. I'm also curious how this was data initially entered into the table – CSV import, or some other source? If you're able to import and try your enrichments again, we can always help with the credits side of things. Looking forward to working through it!
