Urgent Request: Upgrade to Clay Monthly Plan for Campaigns

I need to upgrade to Clay asap. Today please. I am trying to pay more money to clay for 2 months but no one is helping me. I signed up for annual on start package. I want to switch to monthly on the 3rd tier. No one can seem to do it and at this point its a point of necessity for our campaigns. Can this be expedited please !
