Find Recent Hires by Title in Your Company on Clay

We have a feature called "Signals: New hires" that can help you find recently hired people with specific titles at target companies. Here's how to use it: 1. Click "Actions" and then "Monitor for new hires" 2. Select your target companies 3. Filter by job title (e.g., "software engineer") 4. You'll get a list of people hired at those companies within the last three months Alternatively, you can use our Find People Search tool: 1. Define your search parameters, including company and job title 2. Set result limits to manage credit usage 3. Run the search and review results 4. Import the data into a Clay table These methods will help you identify recently hired individuals with specific titles at your target companies.
