If you pay to enrich a contact with webinars they held on a topic but there arent any do you pay for the search or only if there is a result?
We charge credits for API calls made to our providers, even if no valid data is returned. However, if a provider refunds us due to inability to deliver valid data, we'll refund those credits back to you. For specific enrichment actions like webinars, you can check our refund policy to see if it's included. If you need more credits, we offer credit top-ups at 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit.
