Hey James! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help. The error message indicates that your Open AI API needs to be on a higher usage tier. This is usually the case if your usage tier is on the free plan or tier 1. To resolve this, I recommend upgrading to Tier 2 in your Open AI account. This will give you access to Gpt 4o, 4o mini and 3.5 and allow you to meet the 450,000 TPM (tokens per minute) requirement to run Claygent. Their support team is usually quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues.
