Been getting this error when trying to integrate gpt with clay

The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here.

Hey James! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help. The error message indicates that your Open AI API needs to be on a higher usage tier. This is usually the case if your usage tier is on the free plan or tier 1. To resolve this, I recommend upgrading to Tier 2 in your Open AI account. This will give you access to Gpt 4o, 4o mini and 3.5 and allow you to meet the 450,000 TPM (tokens per minute) requirement to run Claygent. Sharing a quick resource to better explain how usage tiers work on Open AI: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/usage-tiers?context=tier-free I recommend reaching out to Open AI support to upgrade your tier. Their support team is usually quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues. Here's a resource here on how to contact their support team: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6614161-how-can-i-contact-support https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7231930-how-can-i-contact-support-about-billing Let me know if this helps.
