Will I lose my credits if I downgrade from Pro ($2,000) to Explorer ($349)?
π€ You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hello Theo! When you downgrade plans, your account is subject to the credit rollover policy of your new plan. For example, if you have 20k credits and downgrade to a plan that allows up to 5k credits, your workspace will have 10k credits when the billing cycle resets, so some credits will be lost. In your case, I can add all the credits back after your cycle resets so you have an extra month to use them. Let me know if this is something you'd find helpful.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
Thanks! We've reopened this thread. You can continue to add more detail directly in this thread.
Hi could you check my request now?
Hey there Theo thanks for reaching out, just to confirm would you like to go with the option that Tomas offered you?
Can you confirm what Tomas offered?
This was the offer, when you downgrade plans, your account is subject to the credit rollover policy of your new plan. For example, if you have 20k credits and downgrade to a plan that allows up to 5k credits, your workspace will have 10k credits when the billing cycle resets, so some credits will be lost. Yeah thatβs what I understood
That works
Very well I can help you with this, what is the workspace that this will be done for.

Hi Theo, thanks for reaching out! Do you know how many credits did not rollover for you into the Explorer plan?
Hey Theo, I went ahead and added 10K credits into your account. Let me know if that works!
